So,today is our 1st Ramadhan and with full of hope, I could go in this Ramadhan journey to keep me fit

iSPAAA or SPAB..report completed...
Assalamualaikum...HOLA!
My dear readers, I have just completed my report on system for the MIS750 subject. Actually, we have been given the assignment since we start this semester, but I just get my fingers done on it last nite. (Ok, naira..5 pages je pon..watpe lambat sgt wat kije...) Touching up here and there, but still not to the perfect. Well, I am not the master. System??IT??tecchnology??Gadget???I mayyyy be know the basic, but just up to my standard, for sure. Huhu. This past few days almost give me a heart attack with all major assignments to get done and the test. Next week going to be even tougher. DUSH!!!
My dear readers, I have just completed my report on system for the MIS750 subject. Actually, we have been given the assignment since we start this semester, but I just get my fingers done on it last nite. (
OK, back to the system. I am sure you know how to complaint right???Definitely, when you put your complaint on something, you expect for some response, don't you?Do you still like the old way of making complaints by dropping your piece of complaint notes into a box? OR, you think it would be much easier to have your complaints systematically recorded and managed by an automated system, so that you can have access on it any where, at any time.

Well this report that I wrote for this assignment is on the SPAB(formerly known as iSPAAA). The SPAB (abbreviated of, Sistem Pengaduan Awam Bersepadu) or Complaint Management Integrated System is developed by the Public Complaints Bureau (PCB) in 2007 in ongoing effort of our Malaysian governments to improve the quality of service and delivery in public agencies. The system that has facilitated by the latest technology was first implemented by several government agencies in 2009, before its being adopted by few others such as the Ministry of Tourism and Culture, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Finance, etc. Before I continue more on this system implementation, let me just get it clear that this post is just my personal review and opinion. It is a summary of my completed assignment, if you want to find out more about the SPAB, please feel free to explore the PCB website. Huhu..
I learned about this system by myself, with some assistance from a friend who is working with the PCB. Some tips from me, every time you learn about something like system, gadget, new technology or whatever, do get some help from the expert. YUP! Google might helps, but every tiny and tricky part of that 'something' will best be learned from those who mastered the thing. In my case, I asked my friend to give me some hand as she is using the SPAB system almost every day.
The SPAB speeds up and simplify the process of delivering feedback to government agencies since it can be accessed by users at any time with internet access. SPAB can be reached via the following URL: http://pcb.spab.gov.my (Go click it, if you are ready to put a complaint like, the traffic light turns red so fast at your university's back entrance. Haha. Bole complaint x pasal tu?). Before the implementation, PCB founds the inefficiency in handling
complaints with the frequency of erroneous in public complaints information as reported by public agencies. These are followed by many scenarios such as the lack of ICT-based complaints handling in the previous system. It is also reported that the previous handling management system is inflexible, less
user friendly and not synchronize with the flow of complaints management in the
agency since it cannot be configured or customized by users.
After the implementation of the SPAB, results show that its usage increases over time due to its success and benefits. This system seems to be more flexible as it give the agencies who used it to configure their own complaints management workflow and SOP, as well as to customize the SLA, document templates and reports. The System is a value-added to the PCB and it enhances competitive advantage for public sector agencies such as in organizational and social value. Much to say, this integrated complaint management system also helped PCB and the agencies to settle many unsolved cases of its complaints list.
That's it! That's my review on the SPAB or iSPAAA system. Hopefully, after this you will visit the PCB website and make your complaint. LOL! If you have any, of course....Till then.
Assalamualaikum.

BLOG UNDER CONSTRUCTION !
Dush! Dush! Dush! Have you ever experienced the time when you really (like seriously, really!) need to surf info from certain website, but that site is under maintenance??Especially, when it comes to the online banking. Says that, you are urgently need your fund to be transferred to the 3rd party account. Unfortunately, you failed to do so cause the online banking was under maintenance. Uggh, too bad.
Ok,maybe that website maintenance issue does not really affect us,individually. But, for some company (says, the broadcasting company n bank), this issue in what ways will affecting them, indirectly. For instance, the broadcasting companies are competing to get higher ranking. Thus, the under maintenance website will have potential to destroy its search engine rankings while driving away customers at the same time.
Well, I don't know for sure. But, I think, if the companies are planning to upgrade their systems and bring down its website for an extended period, they should doing it the right way. 'Hello! At least notify your customer first la. (Err...) Or, you should put a notice for how long your website will be under maintenance.'
Hehe. Very short entry from me,huh? Just releasing my anger here. Opps!
Til then.
OH, I LOVEE WHATSAPP!
Hola! Assalamualaikum.
My dear readers (konon2 ade lah kan...), what made me interested to share on this topic with you is because I am falling in love (Haaa..amik kau, gatai na..umoq da 29 bru hang nak becinta..). Well it happened to me, like seriously. WRONG! , it's not with a guy, but with the WhatsApp application. I know..., outdated! I just want to share on my personal experience of having use this application to improve the communication gap between my family members, particularly to my beloved 'mak' and 'abah'.
How does this application helped? As for me, the WhatsApp helped our family in a way that getting the family together in one group (the 'JR Family'..), so that, we could discuss on any family matters by not leaving anyone behind. It helped my 'mak' and 'abah' to get along (well, there are not that close since 'the day'), even not like before. At least, we solved one problem. It was like the burden that we hold all this while been removed bit by bit. Yeah, I always pray for the good for our family. Maybe, thing would not be like before, but things improved. 'Syukran, Ya Allah'.
Oh! It also helped me of helping my 'abah' to learn on how to use the application. By just screen shot or sending a photos via WhatsApp, everyone can share any information in the blink of an eye (haha..plus a good internet connection, la kan..) Here are how I helped 'abah' to change the profile photo in WhatsApp. (Hehe...'abah' is still new in this WhatsApp thing la..even 'mak' mastered the app more than him...xpe 'abah'..take it slow sayang.. )
I am turning 29 this year, but yeah..I am single, never been married. I have no kids..I just have myself and love myself...BUT I AM NOT DESPERATE..Ok Naira, stop talking nonsense. Actually, I just want to express how glad I am cause WhatsApp keep me close to my family and my lovely nephew (oklah, niece and other nephew also..cannot be bias,kan...). When I worked in HSBC Melaka, I used to had a video calls with my first nephew, like every day (betul ni..x caye tanye my angah). And now that he is turning 5 years old and can speak already, I can talk with him like everytime just by 'WhatsApp-ing'.
May I introduce you to my beloved first nephew....Muhammad Naufal Shah...
So here is how I helped my 'abah' by sending all this pictures to him via WhatsApp...The step by step? Let the pictures do the talking....
Step 1: Step 2:
Step 3: Step 4:
Step 5: Step 6:
Step 7: Step 8:
Oh, yeah?? Finally...huhu..
Hey, let us go through a bit on this application;
Just in case, if you did not get it yet; Originally, the "WhatsaApp" term is a pun of "What's Up". It existed by the fact that there are words of similar sound, but of different meanings. Objectively, this WhatsApp was created with the aim of building a convenient and better short messages (SMS) alternative. All this are of their vision that the Smartphone usage will be a trend and that everyone will use it.
The application was founded by Jan Koum (Ukranian American) & Brian Acton (American) who spent their 20 years nerdy works at Yahoo! Inc. before they begin to build the WhatsApp Inc. Having seen the potential of WhatsApp Inc over its growing period, it was then acquired by Facebook Inc. for a $19 billions deals on February, 2014. This acquisition has granted the WhatsApp founders, Koum and Acton, with a sum of $4 billion (cash), $12 billion (Facebook shares) and additional of $3 billion in restricted stock units.
Interesting, huh?? You may want to read this, as well for more details...

People do selfie, they upload like thousands pictures online where everyone can see their pictures, if they did not make it private. Then, their friend saw the pictures and say, 'Hey, I want to have a photo like her/him' .
She get her selfie, uploaded it online and things spread out and selfie becoming like a trend. The answer of all this selfie thing is technology, definitely. (Well that is my own opinion…). If they aren’t about technology this selfie snaptivity will not be a hit. We have computers, camera, and the internet.
Touched on the technology, we aware that selfie with the Monopod or Quick Pod has steal our eyes, especially to those who love selfie. Technology allows the invention of the Monopod and others. Technology and the MIS allow this new invention spread out around the world. Information and specifications about latest products in the market can be easily accessed just by a single click. Speaking about selfie, YES, I agreed that without the monopod, people can still do selfie. But this gadgets help in many ways. Haha.
