OH, I LOVEE WHATSAPP!

Hola! Assalamualaikum

My dear readers (konon2 ade lah kan...), what made me interested to share on this topic with you is because I am falling in love (Haaa..amik kau, gatai na..umoq da 29 bru hang nak becinta..). Well it happened to me, like seriously. WRONG! , it's not with a guy, but with the WhatsApp application. I know..., outdated! I just want to share on my personal experience of having use this application to improve the communication gap between my family members, particularly to my beloved 'mak' and 'abah'.

How does this application helped? As for me, the WhatsApp helped our family in a way that getting the family together in one group (the 'JR Family'..), so that, we could discuss on any family matters by not leaving anyone behind. It helped my 'mak' and 'abah' to get along (well, there are not that close since 'the day'), even not like before. At least, we solved one problem. It was like the burden that we hold all this while been removed bit by bit. Yeah, I always pray for the good for our family. Maybe, thing would not be like before, but things improved. 'Syukran, Ya Allah'.

Oh! It also helped me of helping my 'abah' to learn on how to use the application. By just screen shot or sending a photos via WhatsApp, everyone can share any information in the blink of an eye (haha..plus a good internet connection, la kan..) Here are how I helped 'abah' to change the profile photo in WhatsApp. (Hehe...'abah' is still new in this WhatsApp thing la..even 'mak' mastered the app more than him...xpe 'abah'..take it slow sayang.. )

I am turning 29 this year, but yeah..I am single,never been married. I have no kids..I just have myself and love myself...BUT I AM NOT DESPERATE..Ok Naira, stop talking nonsense. Actually, I just want to express how glad I am cause WhatsApp keep me close to my family and my lovely nephew (oklah, niece and other nephew also..cannot be bias,kan...). When I worked in HSBC Melaka, I used to had a video calls with my first nephew, like every day (betul ni..x caye tanye my angah). And now that he is turning 5 years old and can speak already, I can talk with him like everytime just by 'WhatsApp-ing'.

May I introduce you to my beloved first nephew....Muhammad Naufal Shah...

So here is how I helped my 'abah' by sending all this pictures to him via WhatsApp...The step by step? Let the pictures do the talking....

Step 1:                                   Step 2:

Step 3:                                   Step 4:

     Step 5:                                   Step 6:

      Step 7:                                   Step 8:

   Oh, yeah?? Finally...huhu..

Hey, let us go through a bit on this application;

Just in case, if you did not get it yet; Originally, the "WhatsaApp" term is a pun of "What's Up". It existed by the fact that there are words of similar sound, but of different meanings. Objectively, this WhatsApp was created with the aim of building a convenient and better short messages (SMS) alternative. All this are of their vision that the Smartphone usage will be a trend and that everyone will use it.

The application was founded by Jan Koum (Ukranian American) & Brian Acton (American) who spent their 20 years nerdy works at Yahoo! Inc. before they begin to build the WhatsApp Inc. Having seen the potential of WhatsApp Inc over its growing period, it was then acquired by Facebook Inc. for a $19 billions deals on February, 2014. This acquisition has granted the WhatsApp founders, Koum and Acton, with a sum of  $4 billion (cash), $12 billion (Facebook shares) and additional of $3 billion in restricted stock units.

Interesting, huh?? You may want to read this, as well for more details...

Till then.
