A simple meal for a happy tummy..

Hi peeps!

I have been thinking to start on my diet journey this month,not very sure when exactly yet..

WHY?

TBH, I will not consider myself as an obesity,but slightly overweight though..So,I think that loosing some extra pounds might helps me to get healthier and fit in some way..Really??

So,I have started my daily good grains intake such as this Thailand produced, black pearl rice which is sooo good in controlling your blood pressure and cholesterol..

I cooked the rice with some garlic,ginger & shitake mushroom just for flavors and eat it with my favorite Korean sweet pickled white radish, 'danmuji' and some sliced bird eyes chillies..HOT! Yet sooo delish and completed my meal,seriously!

Ok, you might say how would that be a healthy meal,since I took a sweet pickle and THAT DRINK THOUGH.....LOL! Come on guys..They are healthy, I mean in a way that I prepared them..Yes! I have made that sweet pickle myself and all ingredients used in preparing it,  are of good substitute than one that usually been using by others,trust me.. Well,I used stevia n brown sugar instead of white sugar, and an apple cider to replace  white vinegar..It's healthy,isn't it??(Oppps!)

AND...NO SALT except for a dash of lite soy sauce to increase the flavors..Walla! How happy my tummy was..LOL!

Errrr.....how about the drink??It's a lemon juice,guys! Come on..I need to cleanse my tummy after eating,right?Isn't lemon juice good for detox? Period.
