KIMCHI!

Hello peeps!

Today I'd love to share on my addiction to the most known korean banchan or side dishes, which is 'kimchi' ..

I've first tried this pickle like side dish when I was doing my master's degree six years ago..That was then when I've been seriously affected by the korean dramas fever and I just couldn't avoid my crave on every korean street foods..I mean,whatever foods that had caught my eyes in the kdramas,I was like dying to look for it and give it a try....ramyun...kimchi..kimchijeon (kimchi pancake)..kimchi guk(kimchi soup) and jigae(stew)..hotteok...jajjangmyeon..tteobokki..and lots to mention here..LOL..

So, I've bought the ready to served kimchi in the local market..And I just fell in love with the taste..!I've started to make my own kimchi, tried and error on few different recipes,using from local ingredients to korean imported ingredient..And yeah! Couldn't deny that using korean chilli flakes(gochugaru), really makes a different and it tasted better..More like the authentic korean kimchi,I would say..

And up till now, I'm still eating kimchi and always have my kimchi on stock to fullfill my craving...HaHa!..Did I take orders?I did actually,but not everytime..Anyhow,if you are around the historical city of Melaka(I'm in Malaysia,remember??),you could try to text me to see if I have any kimchi stock left..I know you would be dying to try my kimchi just by how it looks on my photo here..LOL..
