Hi peeps!
Today I had a tuna almond salad sandwich for my lunch, which I bought at the nearby supermarket.
I would say that this sandwich is a good deal for that price as it contain of so much nutrients..Tuna is packed with protein and even give a dose of potassium and iron. Almond is widely known for its healthy fats and a good source of fiber, magnesium, protein and Vita E..And heyy! Almond is also good in promoting weight loss! Just take 8-12pcs of almond as a snack, it would do a great thing to fill your tummy before heavy meal..
It's definitely a good choice than opting for unhealthy snacks, which will ruin your diet..As for dried cranberries, it helps in reducing bad cholesterol, improve in digestive system, helps to boost your immune system and lotsa other nutritional facts to mention here..
You know, if you're single, what more would satisfy you than having a nice sandwich with a cuppa.. Isn't it?? A simple choice, yet fulfilling..You can make it yourself or go grabs it at any nearby store available..
Hmmmm....
I supposed to make my kimchi today, and give you a glance on how to make it at home..But, I've totally forgotten to restock my korean chilli flakes and what I've had at home are not sufficient to make my kimchi paste..Worst comes to worst, all supermarkets that I went to get my korean chilli flakes are out of stock in the shelves.. I mean, seriously?? ..Sorry my dear customers, hope you guys wouldn't mind to wait a lil longer..
Actually, I would offer my customer to give a try on my bbaek kimchi, a non spicy white color kimchi..But, I'm pretty sure you should already know, lots of us been exposed with koreans eating the red chilli hot kimchi in most dramas, hence few did even know that there are actually various kinds of kimchi in existence... So, I know forsure,my customers would be hesitated to try the white kimchi..LOL..Moreover, Malaysian love spicy foods, aren't they??
Haisssshhhh...! I should check on my dry ingredients first before buying all the veggies..My bad! Hope the veggies will stay fresh longer in the fridge till I get my gochugaru..(...fingers crossed..)
Till then,peeps!
