Hello,peeps!
I have been thinking on planning my own diet meal or ways to keep loosing my weight, while at the same time eating well..Ha ha..
So, for the past three days I've successfully loosing almost 1 lbs, which I presumed as quite a number for a start. What kind of meal I have had for myself?Well,it's exactly like one in my photo..
I have been consuming a Thailand black pearl rice that I mixed with five grains rice for my carbs choice..I have actually cooked it earlier and steamed it again right before any serving for the day..The rice was steamed together with my other ingredients which are slices of shitake mushrooms,boneless chicken,cauliflower,mashed garlic,few slices of ginger,a few dash of sesame/veggie oil,light soy sauce,rock salt,scallions,a lil bit of oyster sauce and some seasoning to increase the flavors...
Yummeh! And it filled my tummy longer than expected,despite of using only half portion of rice..
I dare u to try it cause it is a really really delicious meal, I shall say..Err..If u ever eat a claypot rice,the taste is kinda similar to that...Well,u know..the gingery and umami taste that I mean here..It's really brings up the whole meal flavors,despite using just very simple ingredients..

Footnote: I have actually shared about the same meal last few posts..LOL..I tell ya,I'm now following my own created diet program..And that meal is exactly what I've been taking so far for my heavy meal of the day..Hehe..
